Returns & Refunds Policy

Each piece is carefully handcrafted, making every item unique.

For this reason, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

We generally do not accept returns due to the handmade nature of our products.

However, exceptions may be considered in specific cases such as damaged or incorrect items.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must not be returned without prior approval.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges & Repairs

Whenever possible, we prioritize exchanges or repairs over refunds, especially for handmade items.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted in specific cases and are evaluated individually.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds may be partial, depending on the production stage and materials used

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item when contacting us, so we can assess the issue more efficiently.

We will prioritize replacement or repair of the item and assist in addressing the issue with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Handmade Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or detail are natural and expected.

These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
