Most pieces are handmade to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you. Some items may be available in stock and shipped more quickly, depending on availability.

As each piece is handcrafted, please allow time for production before shipment:

• Standard pieces: 3–7 days (up to 5–10 days)

• More complex designs or rare materials: up to 2 weeks

Orders are processed daily, including weekends, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days worldwide, depending on the destination.

This estimate applies once the order has been dispatched and is based on the courier services we use (such as DHL).

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures or other external factors beyond our control.

We primarily ship with DHL, offering a reliable balance between speed and cost.

Other couriers (such as FedEx) may be used when necessary.

All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders above $1000.

Customs & Duties

All international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are outside of our control.

Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to a partial refund, as materials and labor may have already been used.
