The Maasai are one of the most iconic tribes of Africa. Proud, graceful, and strong, they live a semi-nomadic life, staying true to traditions passed down through centuries. Their jewelry is bold, unique, and full of character — and it was Mila Anufrieva who first brought this beauty to the fashion world, knowing it from the inside.
That’s how Shop by Mila was born — a jewelry brand that supports Maasai women and their families in Amboseli. Each piece is a new way to see timeless forms and designs.
THE ENERGY OF AFRICA
Every item is handcrafted with care, taking anywhere from two weeks to several months to complete. The materials are just as special as the designs: beads made from processed lake stone (waterstone), onyx, natural minerals from the foothills of Kilimanjaro, and leather. At the heart of the brand is a simple philosophy: celebrating craftsmanship and creating opportunities for women with children.
